RD Map From Radiodetection is a free Map & Share Android app, supports their Bluetooth Precision locators. It empowers locator technicians to create detailed maps of buried utilities and share them directly from the field*.
The app utilises Google Maps to create these detailed maps. It imports utilities using markers and utility tracks, identified using standard colouring for easy interpretation. Moreover, simple measurement tools allow operators to instantly correct any GPS inaccuracies. For situations demanding high accuracy, RD Map can utilise a compatible Bluetooth GPS/GNSS receiver.
